Hi, everyone, from San Francisco! BlogHer '08 officially begins today, although the parties certainly began yesterday. As you might imagine, there will be tons of bloggers who will be describing their experience all over the web, so if you'd like to see a play-by-play of what's going on in San Francisco, there will be ample opportunity all over the web to read all about it.

As for me, I thought I'd do something a bit differently. I'm about to start my own private little project, tentatively called 'The Beauty Perspective.' It will be a portrait project, and I thought that I would do a little test run of it here: over the next few days, I'll feature portraits of some of the attendees, with their answers to the question 'What makes your life beautiful?' I'll be updating as often as possible during the weekend (as opposed to just once a day), so please keep checking back!
