Most nights, Marcus cooks dinner for our family -- he's a wonderful cook. He's sort of like the MacGyver of our kitchen: he can find an egg, a dry piece of bread and an onion and somehow whip up a gourmet meal. I often tell him that I would've married him for his cooking alone.
Even though he can create pretty intricate recipes, some of my favourite dinners he's made are these wonderfully elaborate salads. Tonight's (with baby greens, radishes, pine nuts, tomatoes and homemade croutons, among other ingredients) was no exception.
